MCS are delighted to be working with a leading firm within the debt space who are seeking to recruit a new Financial Solutions Specialist for their successful Belfast based team.

FOUR DAY WEEK AFTER SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A PROBATIONARY PERIOD

An established organisation headquartered in Belfast operates as a leading debt management firm. This company specialises in devising strategies to alleviate debt burdens for both individual and corporate clients, engaging in negotiations with multiple lending institutions on their behalf.

The team of highly skilled debt strategists possesses expertise across a spectrum of fields, particularly in managing debt related to property. They guide clients through the complexities of personal and corporate debt, offering tailored advice and impartial guidance to help them chart a path toward financial stability.

The Role

• You provide a strategy for potential clients who need a solution to the burden of personal or business debt.
• Engage with prospects to encourage appointment of our services
• Experience in identifying key opportunities for engagement - in both B2C & B2C environments
• Facilitate one to one consultation with clients to identify a solution to their financial difficulties
• Maintaining a positive attitude and core values of the business to inspire Strategic Alliances to introduce clients to us
• Work closely with and effectively communicate with the Marketing Team on source data to create and cultivate opportunities.

The successful candidate must be willing to learn and study the services provided by the company. You will receive full training and support and there are excellent career prospects for the right team player.

Essential skills required:

• Interest and/or experience in Financial Solutions
• Financial services experience - including debt or similar exposure.
• Willing to train and develop with studying out of the office
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexible and open-minded approach
• Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines

The Offer

• Salary £30k - £40k+ base + Bonus opportunities - OTE £50k+
• Benefits package
• 4-day week
