MCS Group are looking for a Finance Director to join a growing construction company in the Co. Antrim area.

The Company:

Our client is a rapidly growing construction company based in the Co. Antrim area with multiple offices across Ireland and UK. They a build a range of products for their extensive client base across both private and public sectors. Now is an exciting time to join the company as they look to appoint a newly created Finance Director role to oversee their finance function.

The Role:

As the successful Finance Director, you will be reporting to the Managing Director and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversight for full finance function;
• Development & implement strategic growth plan;
• Develop company KPIs;
• Preparation of management accounts & reporting;
• Budgeting & forecasting processes;
• Liaise with key external & internal stakeholders;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Finance Director will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA;
• Relevant industry experience;
• Previous management experience;
• Strong commercial acumen;
