eBilling Team Lead

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a global professional services company based in Belfast to recruit for an eBilling Team Lead on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role has come up due to continued growth, if you have strong eBilling experience this could be a great role for you to progress your career!

Day to day duties Include:

• Assist the Manager in the transactional eBilling processes globally.
• Take responsibility for day to day running of the eBilling Team.
• Allocate work effectively, making realistic compromises when necessary, in order to deliver exceptional service.
• Work with the Manager to set challenging team goals and objectives and turn into individual objectives, as well as carrying out regular 1-2-1s with each of the team member.
• Identify the skills of individual team members and plan workloads accordingly to maximise output.
• Encourage others to take on new responsibilities and supports them in their development.
• Ensure clear people development and succession plan for the team

What You Need to Succeed?

• Experience if working with eBilling systems & great knowledge of the Billing processes.
• Experience & awareness of working with customers across differing countries & countries.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office & a complex finance systems.
• High level of professionalism always and flexible working approach
