Job Description
Customer Success Executive
MCS Group is proud to be partnering with an award-winning Belfast based company to recruit a Customer Success Executive to their team. This person will take ownership of existing accounts, on board new partners and develop long-term partnerships.
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Obtained a degree in business or IT field, ideally with a 2:1 or equivalent
- 2/3 years' experience in a customer facing, account management role
- Confident, empathetic, and comfortable interacting with senior executives
- Organised with a strategic mindset
- Strong in data interpretation, communication, and negotiation
- Familiar with CRM tools and a target-driven environment
