The Company:

Bedeck are a market-leading designer and producer of beautifully crafted bed and bath collections. Bedeck are entering a new and exciting phase, with ambitious growth plans. As part of this strategic evolution, they are looking to add a Chief Financial Officer to their Executive team.

The Role:

As the successful Chief Financial Officer, you will report directly to the Joint Managing Directors and will be responsible for the following:

• Full responsibility for Finance, IT, HR and Operations functions;
• Oversight for overall financial strategy and all aspects of financial management;
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team;
• Ensure robust cash flow management, forecasting and financial planning;
• Oversee and improve systems & processes;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Chief Financial Officer will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA;
• Extensive senior finance experience;
• Strong commercial acumen;
• Strong leadership & communication skills.
