Job Description
MCS Group are currently working with a leading FMCG Company based in the Greater Belfast area who are currently seeking to expand part of the Business Transformation team by adding an assistant to the team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation of process documentation for the implementation and integration of new systems.
Carry out stakeholder management meetings to gather detailed information about system requirements.
Support internal departments with training and development and create documentation around process changes.
Carry out UAT for systems upgrades and modifications prior to go live.
Requirements:
- Understanding of technical documentation and how to write it.
- Experience working within an IT role (1+year)
- Experience carrying out UAT.
Desirable experience:
- Experience utilising Power Platform in a business environment.
- Experience with BI Tools: Qlikview or Qliksense
What you'll get in return:
- Salary - £26,000 - £28,000
- Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 4:45pm Friday 8:45am - 3:45pm (36.5 hours)
