Building - Project Manager (Client side)

MCS Group are proud to be working for a household name in NI, to recruit a Project Manager from a Building/Construction background, to work directly on the Client side to oversee and work on Capital Projects.

You will;

• Manage design, delivery and commissioning of building projects.
• Develop plans for scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Work with tender and pre-construction teams to make sure requirements are met.
• Manage the design, drawings and approvals process in line with programme.
• Create and maintain quality systems to ensure high standards are met.
• Support on site team and enforce H&S and safe systems of work.
• Ensure projects comply with building regulations and specifications.
• Allocate resources to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure clear communication.
• Positively influence key stakeholders (both internal & external) associated with any projects.
