Job Description
MCS Group is delighted to be working with a leading manufacturing company based in Cookstown, to recruit a Brand Executive to play a pivotal role in the dynamic marketing team.
As a Brand Executive, you will be responsible for driving the brand's continuous growth through creative and effective marketing strategies. You will require excellent communication skills, team ethic and a can-do attitude. You will have the ability to work at a fast pace, be proactive at understanding technical information and bringing new ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing activities in alignment with the annual strategy and budget, ensuring brand growth and recognition.
- Market Insights: Monitor competitor activities, analyse market trends and internal sales information and conduct in-depth market research to inform strategic marketing plans.
- Integrated Campaigns: Plan, develop and execute fully integrated marketing campaigns, including creative development, video and CGI production, technical literature, advertising, direct mail, PR, events and digital marketing platforms.
- Product Launches: Plan and implement effective product launch strategies.
- Digital Presence: Coordinate the ongoing development of brand website and engage in the management of social media presence.
- Content Development: Continuously identify content opportunities such as project-specific case studies, photography, videography and brand news.
- Customer Support: Provide day-to-day support to sales team, partners and customers.
- CRM Utilisation: Utilise CRM for enhanced customer and consumer communication.
- Agency Management: Effectively oversee external agencies and suppliers (creative, PR and digital) to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Performance Evaluation: Continuously evaluate marketing activities to assess the commercial impact and alignment with budget activities.
- Communication: Ensure open and effective communication of marketing activities within the business/ with colleagues.
Experience
- Three years experience in a marketing role
- Experience in development marketing campaigns start to finish
- Proficiency in at least five of the following areas: integrated marketing campaigns, technical literature production, events and exhibitions, social media management, PPC campaigns, website content management, email marketing, direct mail, PR, video production.
