About the Company

My client is a leading provider of advanced software solutions, helping businesses streamline and automate complex processes across industries. With a strong global presence, they are investing heavily in AI and data-driven solutions to enhance their product suite. As part of a recent reorganisation, they are establishing Ireland as the centre of excellence for AI and are looking for a highly skilled AI Solutions Architect to spearhead this transformation.

The Role

This is a newly created position within the Platform Team, designed to lead AI integration across all product lines. You'll be responsible for defining and executing AI strategies, initially focusing on Microsoft Co-Pilot integrations before building proprietary AI solutions.

As a hands-on technical architect and strategic advisor, you'll play a crucial role in shaping AI capabilities, ensuring data compliance, and driving innovation. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI applications while influencing the long-term direction of AI within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop the company's own AI agent, driving AI adoption across all products.
• Lead the AI integration strategy, starting with Microsoft Co-Pilot and expanding into predictive AI and machine learning.
• Design and implement a data compliance framework to support responsible AI usage.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across Digital Commerce, CPQ, and Document Automation.
• Shape the long-term AI roadmap, with potential to lead an AI team in the future.

What We're Looking For

• Strong software development background in C#
• Experience with AI APIs (even hobby projects count!) and a passion for AI-driven innovation.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, machine learning concepts, and AI model integration.
• Ability to architect scalable AI solutions and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A forward-thinking mindset, with a drive to build and shape AI capabilities in a growing organisation.
