Job Description
MCS Group are delighted to be working with a large logistics business to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant to join them on a contract basis for 12 months
The Company
Our client is a large logistics business that works with a wide and diverse range of customers across the UK, Ireland and the rest of the world, Now is a really exciting time to join the business as an Accounts Payable Assistant on a contract basis
The Role
As the Accounts Payable Assistant you will have a range of responsibilities. These will include;
- Managing the invoice posting process
- Query resolution
- Payment runs
- Reconciliations
The Person
As the successful Accounts Payable Assistant you will have the following characteristics. These will include;
- Good Organisational skills
- Great communicator
- Precious Purchase Ledger experience
