Accounts Assistant

Role:

Reporting into the Finance Manager, duties of this role include:

• Processing of supplier invoices
• Matching invoices to POs
• Preparing bank reconciliations
• Month end involvement in accruals and prepayments
• Ad hoc duties on request

Person:

My client is ideally looking for a candidate who is/has:

• Background in a finance role (Accounts Payable/Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper)
• Strong IT/Systems skills
• Team player who is able to work on their own initiative
