MCS are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing medical equipment manufacturer based in Armagh, seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager. Location: Craigavon/Armagh (Office-based Monday & Friday, International Travel 4-5 Days/Month)
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with 15-30 distributors globally, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and success with the products.
- Business Development: Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities and strategically targeting areas for expansion.
- Product Support: Provide comprehensive training and support for customers on new products, ensuring effective use and understanding.
- Travel: Travel 4-5 days per month to meet with distributors and clients globally, addressing queries and maintaining strong relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dynamic team to achieve business success while contributing to a culture of innovation and teamwork.
- Sales Ownership: Take full ownership of your sales approach, with the flexibility to experiment with strategies in a supportive environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in international sales, ideally within the medical or technology sectors (medical background not required).
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage and grow accounts effectively.
- Ability to identify and capitalise on new market opportunities.
- International travel experience and comfort working with diverse cultures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
What's on Offer
- Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 (Depending on Experience) + Commission & Profit Share.
- Commission Structure based on performance.
