3rd Line Support Engineer

MCS Group is working with a global manufacturing company that is an industry leader in its field. They are seeking to add an experienced 2nd/3rd-line IT Engineer to their local team in Bangor. In this role, you will provide support for the local site and act as a point of escalation for sites across the globe.

This role is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to advance to a third-line support engineer role.

You will be responsible for:

• Provide support for hardware and software support for all users within the local site.
• Liaise with different business units to support the BAU systems required for each team to operate.
• Create and maintain accurate IT documentation for any processes amended or created.
• Work with global IT Teams to support multiple sites within the business.
• Troubleshoot all hardware aspects of the manufacturing site including desktops, printers, telephone system, and production machinery.

What you bring to the table:

• At least 3 years' of experience in a 2nd Line Support or Similar IT role.
• Experience supporting business applications (e.g. ERP, CRM, MRP)
• Experienced supporting a global service desk.

What you will get in return:

• Salary up to £40,000
• Monday - Friday (early Friday finish)
• Onsite working based in Bangor
