Tedaisy identifies as an insurtech business. What that essentially means, is that we operate, distribute and sell insurance products online. We are heavily focused on using data and technology to create a richer and more meaningful customer experience. Insurtech applies to the technology we use to handle and automate our processes, such as quotes, policy delivery, claims, and much more.
Tedaisy Technologies recently launched within Tedaisy Insurance Group with the purpose of introducing new digitalised platforms to the business to facilitate growth, enhance customer journeys and allow us to predict trends.
