Alan Montgomery

Alan joined the MCS  Group Technical & Engineering team in 2019 and specialises in roles across Construction & Manufacturing in Northern Ireland.  He recruits across all levels from Graduate up to Director and Senior leadership roles. Alan is a fantastic listener and is passionate about taking the time to get to know his candidates and clients and discover their pain points and how he can help. These skills, combined with his specialist knowledge, and background in Engineering, means Alan is guaranteed to help you find a solution to your career or business needs. Alan’s love and commitment for his job is reflected in his dedication to finding the perfect fit for his clients and candidates. In his free time Alan likes to keep active by playing football and golf, with the occasional hike and of course enjoying some weekend pints with family and friends.
